Very New, Very green, Very old.. but very interested.

I need to move a graphic (jpeg) into PS, change it to a PNG with a transparent background, and use it as a "graphic in text" in a Premiere Pro Title.

So far, I know how to do all these steps... but then I got boxed in.

When I open Bridge, it indicates that the action I am trying to take with the jpeg in Bridge, will open in Premiere Pro.... not PS.

When I double click on the image I need to move into PS.. that sucker jumps right into the media project panel in Premiere Pro.

Dang!!!!!

How do I get it to say "Desktop - Opening in PS?"""

Thanks in advance.

I know I am going to feel sooooo... well, you know.

Why bother with Bridge?

Just fire up PS, then FILE > OPEN and nav to the image you want to open.

Or am I missing something?

That should do it....shouldn't it?

Regards.
