Hi guys I want to ask how'd you make the below image using individual clipart? Do you make a circle as a guide line and drag it manually or there's an automatic way to do it like make a circle text using path?

Hello and welcome to the forum.

Do you make a circle as a guide line and drag it manually
Basically this is what you would do, make a circle as a guide that will be turned off later, gather all of your images and then arrange then in that circle, masking if necessary.

or there's an automatic way to do it like make a circle text using path?
No.

The example you provided above has a white ellipse shape with an added drop shadow placed in the center. Masking was used so some items from the wreath overlapped. This could be used as a smart object for adding messages.
Look at it from this perspective:

Most clipart wreaths have transparent backgrounds.........including the center area.
