Specific Twitch Panel Editing

Hi guys,

I have no experience with photoshop whatsoever so I come here. I hope you guys would help me out. I'm starting to stream so I bought this overlay package but it's missing some of the panels I need for my channel page. I have attached all the files you need to make the edits (.psd and font file). This is a very very simple edit and I know it's a piece of cake for you guys. But for me, I have no idea what I'm doing.

What I need:
1. Change the title to DISCORD
2. Change the subtitle to COME CHAT WITH ME
3. Change the icon to discord's icon. Use the same color scheme. (I can download the icon off the web if you need one)
4. Export as png file (or you can send me the .psd file and I can export it myself)

So I need another one:
1. Change the title to MOUSE
2. Change the subtitle to MY SETTINGS
3. Change the icon to a mouse icon. Use the same color scheme. (I can download the icon off the web if you need one)
4. Export as png file (or you can send me the .psd file and I can export it myself)
