Two questions: Pattern Colors and Shadow Angles

1) I'd like to give some of my designs more of a textured feel. I've got quite a few patterns, some of them are perfect except they are the wrong color. Is there a way to use a pattern for just the texture and make it the exact color I want?

2) If I make a box and I want to put a inner shadow on all 4 sides of the box, how would I go about doing that? With the shadows it gives me the angle degree and I can only get it on one or two sides. Is there a way to set it for all sides of the shape, so that it looks like it's got a drop shadow on the inside.

I would add a Hue & Saturation layer, tick colorize, and adjust the sliders to the color I liked. I would also clip it to the pattern layer.

Is it possible to add color to a stroke pattern? I'd like to give my stroke a little bit of texture to give it a metallic/rustic feel.

Similar to what's going on here:
