Quite late, but here's one I had prepared earlier . Mountain range and balloon thingy whipped up with Blender. Sky, bit of texturing and lettering applied with Photoshop.

It's a while ago...
Lifted butterfly to new layer.
Copied background layer, blurred this with Gaussian Blur, then blended it and the background
with (I think) vivid light; flattened the picture.
I usually keep an unflattened copy in case anyone asks me; but this one is one of the
exceptions, so I can't be exact.

Continuing the last answer - here's another using similar ideas:

1 original
2 statue lifted to new layer and slightly adjusted with contrast
3 background blurred with gaussian blur
4 background copied and then blended with bottom layer using vivid light

and then I thought, why not make the statue more bronze-like...?
5 adjust colour
6 slight twinge on the contrats again
7 and a slight touch of unsharp mask

To me, it’s just another day. I'm not expecting to be giving or receiving any Valentine's gifts. I hate Valentine day.I think the whole idea of the holiday is to make profits for florists, greeting-card companies, candymakers, jewelers, and restaurants
