What happened to the center reference point in the crop tool?

Trying to center my aircraft photos and cannot see where I've "un-marked" something where I no longer have a point/dot in the middle of my cropping tool.

Go to PREFERENCES > TOOLS > SHOW REFERENCE POINT WHEN USING TRANSFORM
