    Unfortunately in cases like this we have guidelines to work to and cant be pro active as such innocent until proven guilty the member has not violated any of the rules nor posted a spam link. We are aware of what it is but our hands are tied until his next post probably in a few days that will be a link to spam.

    According to me PHP is a good language for website design.I am using it since a year and i find the features of PHP extremely user friendly.If you have the basic knowledge of HTMl then you can easily learn PHP language.
