Can I crop flashes and upload to my blog?

I started a new blog, and plan to make it beautiful and colorful,so I want to crop cute part of flash movie and put them in blog. Is anybody know how to crop flash and upload to blog?

I know iwisoft swf to mp4 converter can crop video and supports mp4 format,so I think, if your blog can play mp4 video, it probably will help you.
