Thought we had a thread on this topic but I couldn't seem to find it

Question for all of you Terragen users and I should know this but [confused]

Can I create a grayscale terrain map in photoshop and import it into terragen? if so How?

Yes you can Rick.

You need to either save the file in the 16bit RAW format... or get/install the Firmament plugins. Which will then allow you to import a 24bit BMP.
