Opinions Wanted! My Skinnable Website

Hello everyone!

I'm new to this forum, and was hoping that any of you could give me any opinions you may have about my skinnable website.

Right now it consists of 5 skins.

any first impressions are welcome. I really want to get good at designing websites, so anything as far as readability, navigation, browser compatibility would be appriciated.

As far as the "skins" are concerned, I must confess that it's a first to see such an option! I guess I'm wondering why??? [confused] :\

But, since you've asked for 'votes', I voted for the 'original design'! IMO, it showcases your work much more elegantly.

Well, I had the original site for the longest time and since I love designing websites, I wanted to redesign my site. However, I liked my original site as well. I went to a site for one of the bands I like ' Within Temptation' and their website has a skinnable 'color changing' website. Without really thinking about it, to me skinnable meant 'complete' layout changeable website. It also goes along with the 'ether' idea of a place for everyone, everyone can choose their place. ...ethernet...do you get it?

anyway, If my skinnable site does anything, it gives me the ability to showcase my web design, and programming abilities as well. Plus, now I can design a new site for myself every week if I wanted to and not worry about having to code all the content again since i've used include files to hold it all.
