Corel Draw Car--Toon

Hi all! Long time no post. A recent cartoon done in Corel Draw 11. Hope you can excuse my somewhat ribald humor. I've tried using Illustrator (I have version 10) but I keep coming back to CorelDraw due to it's ease of use and certain favorite tools. The fade to transparency one (interactive transparency tool) is a particular favorite. Was curious if any one knows if something similar was implemented in Illustrator CS.

RackToon I do not know I have PS 7.01, but someone who has CS, will get back to you with an answer.
