    Grid?

I had this illustrator file that I was working on a few months back that I drew a visible (printing) grid over. I remember that I could choose the number of columns and rows, and then drag the grid to appropriate size over what I was working on. From that point, I could edit the grid lines line weight. This was fast and handy.

The only problem is that I can't remember how I did this. I still have one of the original files I did it on and can see the grid I created, but I can't remember how to create new ones and I can't find out online.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

Edit: Apparently this is the grid tool, but I can't find it anywhere.
