Hello. Could somebody do a logo for me?

My name is Ronny, and i'm from Norway. I'm having som troubble with the making of a logo. I have never used photoshop before, but i really want to learn.
The logo, or text i want is GT Garasjen
Could somebody PLEASE help me with this one? The colors must be Red grey and black. ;)

Usually in the USA a good Logo takes Time to Produce......... and Costs anywhere from 200-900 American Dollars.........

If you want i can throw something together in the LOWEST resolution just as an example.
