Nice you have almost mimiced 1 of my favourite effects almost sprayed cartooney
Take that image duplicate it open it up in topaz apply the blue print filter
set that mode to overlay and possibly reduce the opacity you will see what I mean.
I love the surreal style effects and in cars it is quite popular in car caricatours
