Suggestions for classroom Photoshop fun, please!

Hi all, I'm new here and will introduce myself properly soon. However, for now I'd like to ask for suggestions for fun educational Photoshop projects - I teach a group of teenage boys with Asperger's and Autism once a week.

    What we've done so far:
    1. Created a 'label' for themselves, using a photograph, threshold/invert/posterise options, type tool and simple colour fills
    2. Photo retouching - taking the scratches out of an old photo, red-eye reduction
    3. A ghost photo, using layers/opacity and a horror castle, combining various images of castles, lightning, monsters

They loved the last project particularly.

    Any suggestions welcome!
