DVD Screen Capture

Does anyone know of a way or a utility to capture a still image form a DVD movie playing on your computer and bring it into PhotoShop for editing. I tried the old venerable "Print Screen" and the images shows up, but once the movie stops playing all you get is a black rectangle where the image was.

Hmmm It has been a long time since I have done anything with a dvd image, but I believe "win dvd" actually has a "capture" button that you can hit during the movie to take still shots and it saves them all in a folder and you can open them in photoshop and what what ever you like with them.
