Hallo to everybody,
I'm searching for a Pen Tablet where be able to disable (or to reduce) cursor movement BEFORE the pen touch the tablet.

Hi,

I don't know that you can actually change that. I have a Wacom and saw no such option in the properties. You can, however, change the Side Switch Mode to "Click & Tap", which requires you to push the side switch and then tap the tablet before anything happens. This would help if you're having issues with brush strokes starting in places you don't want them to.
