How to share brushes and stuff??

Like LRG said, you can attach the files to your post and we have a quite generous size allowance.

Click on the Advanced Tab when you're composing the message.
Look down a bit and you'll see a "Manage Attachements" button.
Click on the button and in the new window click on "Add Files" on the top right.

Follow the prompts from there.

.ai (Adobe Illustrator)

Oh, one more question, If I make a folder full of things for example, is rar or zip what I need to use to attach it? I mean, can I attach more than one thing at a time? I´m sorry if I sound really dumb, but I have no idea how things like this work.

Sure, If you want to upload several brushes or whatever, put them in a Zip or Rar file and upload it the same way as I described.
