how do you make gif in this situation ?

Hi, i want to ask how to make a gif animation?. I have 200 snapshot from a video (200 frames). im having a hard time making this pictures into a gif. any suggestions?
Im using CS5 thanks

if you have the video still then open up photoshop 32 bit version then go to file >import >video frames to layers once you can play the animation as you like it in photoshop then go to file> save for web device and it should be done
