About LinkBacksbefore we all kick off, it's for a game skin, and the African American guys head seems to be the only one that looks right with this guy's face.
but the guy in question is white, and it stays that way, a quick howto will do, thanks.

If you don't find any good tutorial for that then you always can use tricks turning greyscale portret to color (or colorize greyscale). There's a tons of good tutorial for that and you can find the one which fits you.
Just greyscale that face, make it lighter and then "color" it with skintone you want.
