Question Auto-crop surrounding white from image

I am looking for a way to automate the process of cropping an image to a rectangle that precisly fits the outermost non-white pixels of an image. Ideally I would be able to specify the white tolerance. Is there a plugin that does this? Or a series of steps that can be rolled into an action?
Auto-crop surrounding white from image-909605_org.jpg should be cropped to Auto-crop surrounding white from image-909605_cropped.jpg

Do you have adobe Lightroom that will will automatically crop a whole batch of images to the same size so will batch automate in photoshop from an action. However if your images are all different sizes then it could be a problem for you and a case of you individually cropping each 1 to suit.

Doesn't Image - Trim do what you want?
