Is this fixable?

Hey there. Photoshop amateur here. Wondering if any of you experts out there can tell me if removing this sun spot is possible. If so any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Here's my first tip to myself...don't take photos with sun spots on peoples faces.

Most of it could be fixed, use cloning and painting as did here in the example. But the face and hair will be more of a challenge. Using another picture of the woman's face to substitute (or portions thereof) would be the best approach in my opinion.

I agree with Hawkeye but I think with a good selection playing around with some layer modes you may be able to fix tone of face fairly well but I see the picture on a small screen iPhone At the moment

just tried real quick try linear burn mode, with proper selection you may be able to blend the whole image to match

I think if a higher quality image were presented that a reasonable outcome would be possible.

Its not perfect......but neither am I.

Also, its probably something on your camera lens. Normally when this happens its a dust particle or smuge that causes the light to reflect. From the angle of the shadows your not directly in the sun and may have not happened with a clean lens. Could also be on your Mirror if you have a DSLR.
