Color Changes?

So I am working on this comp an everytime I save the image and look at it or apply it to my background the colors alot deeper and brighter which is fine but in this instance not what I am going for. Super frustrating, PS just had to be re installed with new reload of windows and this is happening. not sure whats up, any ideas ?

If you are using a dodgey copy of photoshop you will need to reset the colour schemes possibly reinstall them we have had this problem before apparantly the illegal versions do not have the right colour schemes as it is not the full program
