Removing Slices

Help!
I, without realising, added a "New Layer Based Slice" to my image earlier, and have closed/saved and re-opened since then. Now I can't get rid of it. It's going all funkeh when I save the image, saving it in sections of white space etc. :(

Try View/Clear Slices.

Or, to remove only one slice, select the slice with the slice selection tool, and hit the Backspace (Delete) key.

just go to view > show > slices, and untick slices. You have done it!
