| Help!me Pls - can you see ? My car was severly hit and disfigured my a hit and run .. this is the only photo that I have off the tyrant that hit me from the security camera. I have tried and tried but I cannot get anywhere... Can anyone filter this photo to make out any of the info on the side of the van ? I know that this is probably not the place but I would so appreciate your kindness and help with whatever anyone can do.      |
