Looks good, but would look better if you put a mask over certain areas of his face. Such as, the eyes, and lips to make it more realistic.

I didnt spend much time on this, i just wanted to remind folks about a feature called "blend if" in the layer styles dialog box, and used this as a way to utilized its powerful settings
