iPod Nano 1st Gen
So the hold button on my old 1st Gen iPod nano was stuck on hold, so i bypassed the switch with solder. in the process i accidentally pulled the battery loose. after resoldering it the screen looked to have cracked and i saw a very poorly created illustration with a iPod nano that had a frowny face on the screen and clickwheel. Is this apples way of saying &^(% you for trying to fix your own iPod? i just threw it out but i found it amusing and interesting that it showed me a frowny face. any idea why it did this?

lol fair point. reminds me i need to check email for craigslist replies. i actually did some research today during school and found out it was because the dang thing was in perpetual recovery mode, in other words its was a 5 year old ghetto ass looking paperweight.
