Re: look what a cup of water have done!
oh ofcoures i will here's how i made the car.
1.get a car pic from google
2.select the car using the pen tool
3.copy it on a new layer and rename it "car"
4.duplicated "car" layer
5.now make the "car copy" brigther by pressing ctrl+L
6.go to Filter>Sketch>chrome and set both the Detail and Smothness to 6
7.create a new layer and name it "color"
8.now select the "car copy" layer by holding CTRL then click on "car copy" layer then release CTRL
9.click on "color" layer and pick a blue color (depends on the water color you want) and press ALT+Backspace
10.set the blending mode to overlay then deselect (CTRL+D)
11.now go back to "car copy" layer and duplicate it
12.now add some ripple effect to "car capy 2" by going to Filter>Distort>Ripple and choose the amount of ripple that you want
13.now get some water splashs from google images
14.paste them on the edges of the car ( thats the fun part!
)
15.reduse the opacity of the water down to 75
and thats it!
i hope i explained well
