Do it what I say step by step...
1-Choose window panel
2- Select 3D
3- Select 3D Scene Tab
4- Select "Ray Traced" in the "Quailty Mode"
It will start rendering and smoothing your object when you apply this steps...

whats the problem behind this for material available on 3d object is not clear, if anybody tell me what can i do next?
