    if you must know (expiring minds must), echinacea, stinging nettle, astragalus, ginseng, and a combo of mushrooms: reishi, maitake, shitake. You did ask, ha ha ha.

    Don't think I'll be able to look at honey & lemon for at leaast a month or two!
