This is an edit of the first idea I proposed since I apparently made the idea too muddy and too many choices. So, here goes:

Colleague gave us a car transformation exercise. This is one too. The difference is to apply a twist that will make it a little more or a little less than a car.

Follow one of the tutorial links below and substitute your car for the object that is used in the tutorial or come up with your own idea to metamorphose your auto into something a bit different from an "automobile."

I found this gif image. Opening this in ImageReader will give some hints. It is, I think 140 frames or so.

So to sum up transform a car parts to make another object like transformers you can do this using any image of a car and can make a still image or make an animated gif.
