First, make sure that Photoshop has recognized your actions. If youve just put them in the actions folder youll need to exit Photoshop and re-enter.
Then from there, go to your actions pallette, then make sure you dont have a folder selected(an action should be indented from a folder) and hit play, which should be a triangle(third icon from the left). This should apply the actions-- given that the requirements in parentheses are followed--which are a set of adjustments, and will show up in your history pallette as individual modifications.
