No, I just stumbled over this site after one of our members had some questions. Thankfully the author shows some of the quality of the plug-ins by using star symbols.

I do like aquariums, Gaussian, but Babel Fish comes from A Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy. If you're not familiar with it, Google Douglas Adams or Infocom and you'll find out about it. Doug Adams wrote the book. Infocom made it into a funny interactive fiction game.
