Can someone tell me what PS plugin I'm looking for?

Hi, I had a Photoshop plugin (that I can't remember the name of) that would fill in the sides of a portrait oriented photo on a landscape canvas. Useful if you are doing a slideshow and you have a lot of portrait pics. I want to use it so I can add some portrait pics on a digital photo frame. I would appreciate it if someone could remember the name for me. Thanks!

I found it but they still don't have a Mac version. Now I'd like someone to tell me how to make an action that will do the same thing. Any takers?

Thanks iDad but it's not Classic Frames. This Photoshop plugin would take all the colors from a portrait then put the pic on a landscape canvas and fill in the sides with colors matching the original Photo.
