November/December Challenge ~ Ice it up!
Winter is upon us, the days are getting colder...
So, here's your challenge:
Take any photograph, indoors, outdoors, people or things, and "Ice it up!"
Make it look wintery, make it look icy, make it look cold.
But make sure we can still see the original within...(no white cows eating vanilla icecream in a blizzard paintings...lol!)

Well, here is my effort at a wintery effect:

Separated the hands, and made one blue with Image>Adjustment>Variations.
The icicles were a separate layer, painted. I then applied a layer style, and changed the color overlay to a bluish-gray.
The snow was a layer of white, at various opacities, with various brushes and sizes.
I also used thin "washes" of hue to enhance some of the color mottling on the skin.
