Hand cursor

i was using photoshopcs4 and after a wile the cursor changes to a hand and i dont know how to change it back. please HELP!! im a noob with photoshop and i have no idea what to do.

does it change to a hand temporary or permanently? You might have accidentally hold the space bar if it was temporary or hit the H key if it is permanently, just select another tool to get out.

this used to happen to me when i was using photoshop elements 2.0 with my intuos 2 wacom tablet, it usualy fixes itself when i press the space bar again, if not try the other tools like doremon said.
