I found this and love it. I need to do a version of my own from scratch. I want to use it on a web site and don't believe it is right to just take someones work. Please help!

I have used photoshop for a while, but just resizing and autocorrecting stuff. I have cs3. If someone could point me to a tutorial that would be awesome.
