    Panoramic Merge

I've merged two photos together but the water from a lake is not the same color, one looks side of the lake looks deeper than the other, the trees etc are the same color though.
How can I make the water the same color, can I use a tool which carries the same stuff over all the water???

You could probably select the water and use the smudge tool on color mode at a low tolerance or maybe copy the water as new layer and play around with it to bring it all to one shade or whatever...post the image I'm sure all sorts of ideas will follow

I'm not sure what you can do with the existing shots but suggest you try again and do the following.
    Shoot in Aperture preferred mode
Rotate the camera on the film /sensor plane
Take the shots one after another with as little time between them as possible.
