Ford Commercial broken slab

OK, so I realize this is pretty specific, but in commercials for Ford at the end the Ford logo drops on a slab of rock or stone and cracks form. I am trying to create that look only to replace the Ford logo with my own. I can't figure out how to do that and any ideas would be appreciated.

This is a small screenshot from a commercial I found, but this is the idea. Forgetting the dust, but that kind of slab background with the cracks forming from the "impact" of the logo.

You can create stone and dust from scratch but I would do a search for high resolution stone and cloud textures and combine them for this effect.

Are you trying to recreate the video as an animation?

No I am just trying to create the image, with my own logo. I'm trying to figure out how to get a random pattern for the breaks and cracks in the slab background that looks most realistic. I'm not really needing the dust or anything just the background and the cracked "slab" effect with the logo in the middle
