    Bad Quality Animation

It seems like everytime I try to create an animated picture it comes up with bad quality?

The quality is trash after you saved it as an image/animated image w/e.

Is there any way to stop this?

It depends how you first created it and saved it. Your save setting could have been lower than 258 maximum for a gif. Or probably you were working with a big file and then shrunk it down to 200x200 or even smaller.....

Check your color settings like dv8_fx suggested.
Use the maximum color setting of 256.

If you're saving to 4, 8, 16 colors it's going to look terrible.
