What to do next?

What would be good ideas on what to create? I want to create something interesting, yet challenging, but not impossible. Also, I have been wanting to get into designing web-templates. There is a lot of money in web-templates.

Maybe some movie poster? Pick up movie you love and make poster how you see it. Easy to work with material you really like. Many intresting technics can involve and learn. First what came up in mind.

best way to get going is to design a site for yourself (use it to advertise your work)

idad, I have been wanting to do that for awhile, but I need to earn a few $$ to start a domain, and hosting. After that I will most def design a site.

Thats the best way to learn is try new things on your own.

If something is next to impossible, it means that it is almost, or pretty much, impossible.

This is where the challenge comes in , I love an excellent challenge. How are you going to get better if you don't push yourself? You pick-up bad habits from easy jobs, but when you push yourself you only get better.
