How Do I create GIF animated files in photoshop

I am using photoshop since 2 years. but never tried with GIF files. can any post a short tutorial about creating GIF animation files with small effects or any plugin to create GIF.

Try Google, there should be tons of tutorials avaiable.

it will be a short text tutorial:
download gimp2, open it, open your first image, open as layer: second, open as layer: third, et cetera untill your last image, (the effects must be firstly be applied on the image before opening in gimp2, then save image as 'example.gif', then a popup window, select 'save as animation', then another pop up, no gimp text on the image (select) and use the settings to every image, play with the value speed for ehm, speed .

thank you so much for posting on this particular subject. yes, there are loads of videos which cover the subject of GIF files and their manipulations, the problem is that some of the videos are really crappy and the guys did not take the time to edit them. So, you can wind up spending a lot of time watching a video that is not very well put together. Does anyone know of any good resource sites that have more concise information as well as videos on them? Thanks in advance
