Converting gif files to jpg files

I have Photoshop CS5. Is there a method of converting GIF format into JPG format?

Hi crutledge

You can open your .GIF animation files on PS, the file will automatically open as a sequence of multiple layer frames depending on the animation's length. Then you just choose any of those frames and save it as JPG or any other file format.
