Help whit image

Hello everyone, thanks in advance.
It took several hours trying to get something like the image.

This image has two background. The first brown, not straight, I will try the degraded but got nothing. After this first background has outer edges do not know if it would also make them gradient.

Then the second box is smooth, with the color # 0f0f11 but the edges will not do them at that.

Could someone guide me? Thank you.

This should get you started to see how it is done you will just have to reduce a lot of quality to get it like that + add a box with a white stroke on possibly some texture. but the basics are all in the psd just make box add some bevel etc.
