Hi there im wondering if any one knows how to change the skin colour on this picture to a purple colour.this my friend who we called purple louie.

would be very greatful if someone knows how to do this

open that image up and start a new layer above it, then get a purple brush, and paint over the guy's skin on the new layer, set it's blending mode to either overlay or soft light, it should work.
