How can i copy a text with its format to another photo?
Hello everyone!
its not exactly easy for me to explain with words what i want so bare with me.
How can i copy/remove(i don't care) the "man of the match" text, of this photo
exactly as it is but without the background colors,to an other photo, for example in this one

Thank you in advance for your help!

I can't seem to be able to edit my post so i'm clarifying that the first photo isn't mine so there text isn't in seperate layers for me to drag and drop them in the other photo.

You can put the 2 pics in two levels. The text over the player. Make a selection of the text, ctrl+i to invert and then with a black mask + white brush, take away what you don't want.

Attachment 12456I used the pen tool to isolate the letters, made a new layer from that - hue and saturation to colour, i tried to match the new shirt.
Pasted onto new image resized, is this what you meant/mean mate?
