    Red face Pen settings

    Hey gurus!

Spent ages looking for a forums just like this, google should bump this to the top a bit on searches for 'Photoshop newbie forum'!

Anyhow, Im breaking into digital art and have followed a few tuts. Now I am trying to develop some base artistic skill by imitating some of my fave art. So I am imitating a drawing that only uses two tones of brown and am havign trouble.

In CS5 PS I have set the brush to 100% hardness, with a solid circle of a brush and the edges are still blurred. Also, even with opacity on 100% if I draw over what I have already drawn it gets darker; I dont want this - I want where my pen touches to be that colour and to be able to go over it again, with no difference (think MS paint!). So I need a solid, circular brush that is really SOLID!

    Any tips?

    Thanks in advance!

    Yano~

The default brush is solid just make sure you have the flow set to 100%
