How to create this texture effect from a wallpaper I have?

I just wanted to know how to create this texture effect from a wallpaper so I can recreate it at a larger size than I currently have. I can't find the original wallpapers online.

I originally thought it was one of the filters in the textures section but none seem similar.

choose your colour go to filter> noise \ add noise check monochromatic box then add a vignette over the top

Cheers mate but if you look closer, I don't think its noise. It seems to be more of a texture going on.

No it's a bog standard pattern overlay, theres several varying versions of a standard painting canvas amongst others, might be that one or another go see.
