Newbie help, trying to edit text on a .jpg

Hello,

I'm pulling what little hair I have left out, trying to edit text on a .jpg.

I'm doing this for a friends birthday, thought it would be just a quick little thing that (unfortunately) I have spent countless hours/days over.

I know it's cheeky to ask, but i've attached the image in question.

Basically i'm trying to change Before Sunset, to Before Funset on the front and spine.

(yes I know exactly how cheeky and inane that sounds, but it's for a friends birthday and it will make them laugh - lots)

If anyone could tell me how to edit the text in the attachment from Before Sunset to Before Funset without it looking too shabby, I would be very greatful - cross internet screen hugs and all that.

Do you use Photoshop? If you can identify the font used, cxreate the F on a new layer, use the clone tool to cover the S.

Apologies, what do you mean 'use the clone tool to cover the S'? Can you expand on that?

I can't identify the exact font, would have to use trial and error to find a match?

On a new layer paint over the S. Then make an F using the text tool with a similar font and color. Size and move as required. Same with the other S.

Hawkeye got ya covered... lol... Use the closest among your fonts if you can't find an exact match.

If you can't find a good match, cover all the old text and retype the whole thing with something close...

On your original image, if I'm not mistaken , that's from the Americana font family.....Americana BT Font - Free Download

Americana EF Regular to be exact.
