Transparent BG, need to select EXACTLY to edges of photo???

Hi, not sure how to explain properly:
I'm making a panorama 360 and the software guy has said he needs edges to overlap pixels from the opposite edge. ie: I'm copying stuff from the R side over to the L side and then blending it in but so that the far left side is exactly the same pixels as the far right side.

SO---I'm on a transparent BG (don't think it matters, and maybe if it was white I could 'just' select the magic wand, etc.) and now need to create a marquee/crop that is EXACTLY from edge to edge to send a JPEG to him.

Is there a way to select/inverse select or anything like that? Needs to obviously be 0 pixels feathering.

I'm working with mannnnnny layers to create this 360 but thinking out loud perhaps if I just flattened the image I could then use magic wand to inverse-select what I need or select outside area and hit 'crop' or something?

I tried the flatten and then 'trim' the outside area but that didn't work.

I guess I'll just have to marquee it and then transform selection right to the pixels... sigh.

if you want it to be exact you can brush the edges away with a layer mask, but, depending on the image, that can be very time consuming

Thanks, but brushing away doesn't seem 'exact'. Remember I need to the pixel.

I'll just marquee and adjust for now.
